Rose & Claret is a new apartment development on Camp Hill, Northampton, designed to sit comfortably within its established residential setting. Warm red brick, clay tiled gables and dormers, and crisp rendered panels give the building a traditional character, while Juliet balconies and generous glazing bring a contemporary feel.

Captured in summer light, these CGI stills show how the scheme sits within its landscape and what it will feel like to live there.
